It's only a few hours to the greatest show on Earth and here are my predictions:
Germany vs. Brazil in title decider:
If any team has a real chance of winning the title, then it's gonna be between them. Both the teams stormed through the qualification process and are looking very strong in recent freindlies. Brazil has got world class talent in them with Neymar, Coutinho, Marcelo, Casemiro to name a few. While Germany has a huge depth in their squad, so much that they even didn't include Leroy Sane in the final squad, who was the best young player in Premier League this season.
And it would be remarkable if these two heavyweights face each other in the final.
France too have talented squad but Deschamps so far doesn't look like he has made the most out of their squad. While Spain recently is having problems off the field which took them straight out from the favourites.
The dark horses...
Please God, let Argentina win this trophy!
This might well be the last chance for one of the greatest of all time, Lionel Messi to win the World Cup. Messi has won everything in club level along with 5 Ballon D'ors and is unarguably one of the best players in the world, but still his home country is asking him of a World Cup to cement his name as Argentina's greatest. And if Argentina is to win, Leo Messi has to be in his very best. It has been seen in recent years, Leo Messi is the only one carrying Argentina as they reached 3 finals in 4 years.
England are looking really well with a much improved squad than the last term and might be considered the dark horses alongwith teams like Belgium, Croatia and of course, the unexpected EURO 2016 champions Portugal.
Golden Boot?
Umm.... Neymar, Messi, Thomas Muller! These players have the best chance for the prize
